Materials Manager, Estimator, Sierra Nevada Construction, Inc. – Responsible for operations, maintenance, capital improvements, quality control, and financial performance of a drill and shoot aggregate quarry, aggregate crushing and screening plant, stationary asphalt hotplant, and portable asphalt hotplant. Duties include locating and developing new construction material sources, obtaining and maintaining environmental permits, overall pricing structure, sales and quoting, liquid asphalt supplier including DBE relations, capital improvements, dispute resolution, claims support, new technologies / research, and development of heavy civil construction proposals using HCSS HeavyBid.
